A Curious Little Furball, Coffee, and Sunshine

So, our cat, Gatsby, has been on one lately. He is crazy! He literally just leapt onto my desk and slid (Risky Business style) behind my computer as I typed this sentence. And, now he's drinking out of my water glass and smelling my sewing machine. What? What do you call this? Kitten, I guess? I haven't had a kitten since grade-school (Ruben was older when he found us), so I'm not familiar with all of these unusual (and hilarious) behaviors. Although, sometimes it's not so funny. Like when he bit my nose or scratched my cheek. Perhaps I got my face too close to his, but whatever. Not important. Ahhh. I just can't resist that bewitching face. And his snipped ear. So oddly adorable.
36/365:
But, he does some of the weirdest things. Like this:
Doesn't he look like a little alien-child? With those long legs? Why do I find this irresistible??

Maybe because of moments like this. Yes, he is choking Ruben. He's so mean to Ruben. But, look at that angelic face. Awww.

37/365: Lately, I have been working on homework non-stop. I have a love-hate relationship with homework. I absolutely love what I am learning. I don't remember a time I felt this engaged in school (and with online classes, no less!). However, I hate how much time I spend doing homework. And, sadly, I'm pretty certain it's my fault. I guess I never really learned how to properly take notes. So, I've been writing everything down. Like, everything. It's ridiculous. I am trying to work on it, but I've convinced myself that if it isn't written down I won't remember it. So, because of this, I've been drinking a lot of coffee.
So much, in fact, that I have officially reached "One of the Family" status at Heine Bros. Which is appropriate because I feel like I live there.

38/365: Today, was a happy one.

I completed a lot of homework, my kitchen is clean (thank you, Hubs), and it was absolutely gorgeous outside.
So, Charlie and I went for a walk! Walking Charlie is one of my favorite things. Ever.

What do you like to do when it gets warm(er) outside?
